use of Ultimate fade In Slideshow in a wordpress plugin

I am a new user here.So may be i don't know whether it is the right place to discuss it or not.

As per the rules of DD, I can use the Ultimate Fade In slide show in pmy projects.but I wish to distibute a basic wordpress pugin allowing slideshow as happens in ultimate fade in Slide Show.I will give all the credits to DD, i don't have any problem with that.

Can i do this,use this script in the plugin and distribute it or not please help.

As long as the credit appears on every page that uses the script, yes. You may charge for your work, but not for the script itself.

Yes, the Credit will appear as in the terms of use of DD.
