Is there any free full version flash programs. I don't want anything to fancy but I would like to try flash.

No. Adobe Flash is a commercial product. Pay for a real license! There is a 30-day free trial available, which is full-featured. The only difference is that you can only use it for 30 days. After that, you have to buy a legal license.

There are other products, mostly commercial as well, such as SwishMax that are less costly but come nowhere near the feature set of Adobe Flash.

just some questions. I think this SwishMax program name`s pops up a few weeks ago. Does this program also runs the same way like Flash in terms of coding, troubleshooting & stuffs?

No. Not at all.
It's a more graphical interface, not really meant for ActionScript. It's basically for people that desperately want Flash-based content (animations, mostly. think "splash screen") but don't have the money or skills for the real deal (http://www.adobe.com/products/flash/).
