Sub menus not showing

1) Script Title: Jim's DHTML Menu V5.7

3) Describe problem: the main menu item "Advertise" should show a sub menu with 2 items
for some strange reason it does not???

and an additional main menu item added in config.js which also does not show
there should be an item "edit account" in main item menu
