unsmooth scroll

Is there a setting or anything that can be done to make that scroll a little smoother and less 'jerky' for lack of a better term?

It's not meant to be "jerky" but there's only one way that I know could change it, and it would still be a little jerky.
Change the red:


//Specify the slider's slide speed (larger is faster 1-10)
var slidespeed=3

Yeah...I've already tried that. Anybody aware of any other ease to integrate scripts that might offer a little smoother movement?
