Hello All

I work for an educational charity and have updated the website recently. I am a novice and downloaded a horizontal menu from this website to use. I tried a few things (not really knowing what I was doing) and got it looking ok. I know nothing about CSS or JS.

However it has been pointed out to me that all is not well in FireFox. The menu items go onto two lines and the drop downs don't work.

The website address is http://www.countrysidefoundation.org.uk

The CSS file is http://www.countrysidefoundation.org.uk/cssfiles/csshorizontalmenu.css

The JS file is http://www.countrysidefoundation.org.uk/jsfiles/csshorizontalmenu.js

I would appreciate it if someone could let me know what I need to do to make it work in Firefox.

Thanks in anticipation (I'm also new to Forums!)

Cheers

Hi its Barbara again.

I'm not sure how to edit my original message so I thought I'd reply.
On further investigation what is happening to the menu is

The third entry is Events and should be a drop down menu with the sub menus
Countryside Live
Estate Days
Silent Art Auction
Charity Polo Day

However in Firefox, these drop down menus appear as entries on the top level of the menu, so pushing other top level entries along and forcing them onto 2 lines.

Clear as mud?

I have worked out the problem, so please don't look into it SORRY.

The third menu option had an extra </li> in the html code, so the drop down bits weren't working. It now looks fine in firefox.

However the Headings in the main body of the page aren't working. In IE they have a green background and white text, but in Firefox they are just black and big.

The CSS file for the page layout can be found at

So you see, without even replying, you have helped me solve the menu problem. Talk about can't see the wood for the trees.

Thanks.
