Ajaxpaginate problem,

I am re-creating my new portfolio, and I decided to use an Ajax program "Ajax Pagination script" http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex17/ajaxpaginate/index.htm

But the script is giving me a problem. In IE the problem does not show, only in Firefox,

The problem is that the script in Firefox gives me a space extra so that the nav of the script then the pagination are far apart. Please look at it:

What can I do to make sure that the script works well with my site?

I run out of ideas.

I forgot to mention, before I had an Iframe instead and it was working fine, in its place. But this one moves lower by it self. Why, and how to fix it, please.
