HTA - Always new window tag?

Does anyone know the tag to be used in a HTA Application's head to make all links open in a new browser window?

By asking for the tag, I mean the line to be put in there.
I've used this 'tag' before, but can't find it on my PC, or on Google. Does anyone know it?
