Help with slideshow

3) Describe problem: I have looked over all the scripts. What i need a simple script that i can have play pics from a folder. so if i put all my pics in 1 folder then it will play them all. is there anything like that here? thanks. most of what i have seen involves you specifing the pics by name.

The only real way to do this with scripting is to have the images numbered sequentially, ex. image001.jpg, image002.jpg. Javascript can't get information about the server.

However, using a server-side language, like php or cgi, would allow you to grab the contents of a folder and display them. Your host has to support using them, however.
