Not a problem, but a question. Is there a way to have different colors for the titlebars of the dhtml windows?

Sure is...

Open up dhtmlwindow.css and change the following line:

.drag-handle{ /*CSS for Drag Handle*/
padding: 1px;
text-indent: 3px;
font: bold 14px Arial;
background-color: #CA0000;
color: white;
cursor: move;
overflow: hidden;
width: auto;
filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.alpha(opacity=100);
-moz-opacity: 1;
opacity: 1;
}

Thanks for the quick reply. What I'd really like to be able to do is have the window titlebars be a different color in different sections of my application. For example: Dark red on the home "portal" page, Blue on a secondary page, green on a third page, etc.

You can certainly fine tune the title bar's colors for each different window instance on your page. The key is just to target the CSS towards a specific DHTML window based on its "ID". See this thread: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29965
