In one tab, I want to put some javascript code. For example, when I click on a tab, a scriptaculous effect appear. How to do to javascript code be interpreted in the code of the page of the tab ?

If you mean you wish to apply Scriptaculous inside the content shown when a tab is clicked on, you'll need to save that content as an external page, and served via the IFRAME mode of Ajax Tabs content script.
