im using IE7 well it shows .png ok like it shows transparent background. but in IE6 it shows blue background instead of transparent.. is there any HTML codes for to solve it..?

How about making the effort to search? A term like IE PNG Fix (http://www.google.com/search?q=IE6+Png+fix), turns up all the solutions for this issue.

Another option, use .gif

if this image is for a background i would suggest using a gif, because of the resolution / storage requirements... png files have immense resolutions, that typically are not necessary on background images... by optimizing the image into a gif, you reduce the loading time and allow for the page content to be downloaded and viewable quicker

This is also a very good solution, though I've found that the .htc file it uses needs tweaking in some cases to get reliable heights. It will also do non-tiled background .png's something other png fix schemes do not, at least not as far as I know:
