I have gone for the "Iframe SSI script II"

However Im experiencing some problems which I hope you can help me out with.
I currently using a Portal site which is hosted on microsoft sharepoint services 2003, and I have allocated a Tree Menu on the left hand side of the page which when you click on the link it opens in the iFrame allocated in the middle of the page. I have added the Iframe SSI script II and seems to work fine when you click a topic on the tree menu it changes perfectly but when you change back to the homepage it stays the same height as the longest page you have been in. I cant figure out why this is happening? I have provided my coding below.
