A simple problem

Why do pictures don't show up in my marquee?
I know that its quite strange, but when I set the direction value to "down" or "up", the pictures just didn't show up in there!
I wonder why does it do such a thing. I need it kinda immediatly, because I'm building a site, and I have an Ultimatum till Saturday night.

but I can tell you that I used precentage in the proportions of the pictures.
Nothing but this is weird...
