Finding a Font

Hi,

I'm working on a flash file form another designer, and the fonts are missing on my computer.

Is there a way to know the name of the fonts the other designer has used?

Which version of Flash are you using?

Generally when your system lacks a font that is used in a .fla one or both of two things happen:

1) A dialog will pop up asking you to choose replacements for missing fonts. This will display the name of the font that Flash requires a replacement for and a suggested replacement.

2) If you click on text field using the missing font, it will display the name of the missing font in parenthesis. So, for example, if the font is called AwesomeFont, Flash will display
( awesome font ) in the font dialog box.
