Question about how this was done

i just saw this web

and even if i know its a swf, so might be done with flash?
i don't understand how it's made, or if there would be any other way to do it.

Hmm...you might be on to something there, lol. Yes, it is Flash! And no, there is no other way to replicate that (well, no practical other way to replicate it).

In theory, you could use lots of javascript to do all of that. But why would you?
