Video software

Hey, I was wondering what software you use to make videos of your desktop, like CamStudio. I was using it, but the flash option has really bad graphics, so do you guys have any free ones? Also, can we try to keep it under 10 MB?
Also, does windows have there own one that I can install from Microsoft?

Well, with CamStudio, you only have the choice of two things. Avi and Flash. I don't have a converter, but if you have an online one that'd be great. And I need to make this in flash, but when I record it in flash, whenever I move my mouse, then save the video where ever I moved my mouse, all the pixels are messed up like h*ll. So if you have any better choices then this, that'd be great.
