Change on selecting from List/Menu Script

I'm in need of a script in which if we select anything mentioned in the list/menu it will redirect to that link. A very simple example will be registration form you all have seen there is a place of country in which a list menu is provided to select your country so I want something like if I select US it will redirect me to http://google.com and if I'll select UK it will redirect me to http://yahoo.com it means on selecting different things from list/menu box each selected thing will redirect to the given link. Can anyone help me in this regard?
