search bots and script

:confused: Does anyone know with Search engine bots have trouble crawling sites with script in them?

I noticed that yahoo and google have not be indexing my pages or updating, other then the index page and one page deep for a total of three pages. :confused:

Scripts which are purely for visual effects don't usually have a problem with search spiders - however scripted links, such as DHTML menus can be a problem to index.
