dd tabs with anchor link

3) Describe problem: I would like to have one of the tabs link to another part of the page. I tried using an anchor link but it did nothing. Can someone please help me figure out how to make this work? thanks!

Well what do you know! I posted this question a while ago and couldn't figure it out, got not replies so I went a different way. Months later, I need to do this with my new design. Well, anyways, I figured it out.

I deleted the "rel=country4" from the tab callout, so the tab shows up but it's strictly a link, doesn't open into a tab...but that's what i needed.

Probably basic info for most, but I'm a rookie :) Well, hope this helps someone!
