hey, could someone tell me how I can add a form to my site...
I'm making a site for my shop, and I would like to add a form so that my costumers can inform me of what they think of my shop, thank you

well, you could use a guest book, or... soem hosts have the code for you that will send a form to your website. if you want to do it free, bravenet can do it. they're free. and i think if you pay, they have no ads. but you may want to look into php.
