Drop Down + Pop-up?

I'm trying to make a drop down list but with the links popping up in a new window. I used this site: http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/linking/linking_famsupp_114.html
to do the list, which is working fine. Now I want the page that's opening to be opened in a new window and a fixed size.

To:

window.open (myVal,
"mywindow","menubar=1,resizable=1,width=350,height=250");
