Animated Collapsible DIV

Hello,
I refer the following example in this website:

Currently I hope use the MouseOver to expanded the DIV. During the DIV part, include the link part, use can click the link. My problem is if the mouse out, the DIV part disppear, user can not click the links inside DIV, I have a example like this:

Using FF2.x, the content stays open even when I mouseout over it. What browser are you using?
