autmoatic copy and past to different site?

Dear all

In my work I got customer information ( name, phone no, Addresses,...etc.) more than 15 text fields from our company site and every time I had copy all fields then past to different asp site.

How could be automatic copy and past to different site ?

Well, do you have any kinda of connection with this site? What site is it? Are they allowing access for you into there site, if they do then you can probably set-up a simple system.
