Your advice on specific page cleanliness/simplicity

Hello, i have set up a beta page with page tools set up on it (bookmark, email, print, etc...)

And I am looking for advice on whether or not I should put the link to my RSS feed right alongside the rest of the tool links (inside the short wide blue box in the upper-middle of the page) or maybe put it somewhere else alltogether. I have checked out several different news media sites such as CNN.com, yahoonews.com, to see how they set their stuff up and why, and it seems out of ease-of-use certain elements in your page should be set up accordingly. I'am having doubts as to where to put my rss link and any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I think you should put it in the address bar and at the top of every news article, or what ever those posts are. :-)

Well thats what I have set up now. Since I'am putting in a second RSS feed for topic/research postings as well, I think what I'am gonna do is put it in the sidebar once I get that 2nd one set up. I see this thrend on several sites I browse regularly and it makes the page look cleaner with the RSS links set off to the side in an easy-to-see spot as long as there are multiple feeds. Whereas if I had only one I would probably leave it as it is or move it into the little light-blue bar alongside "Download as PDF" with maybe an orange font. I posted this topic more out to give up-and-coming designers ideas in their arsenal than my own personal interest, I think that page neatness is a topic that seemingly is not touched upon as much on some of the design forums I post on as I would like to see.
