Pausing up-down Scroller

I'm using the "Pausing up-down Scroller", located here:

Is there anyway to implement a title per item into this script, as found here: http://www.scriptocean.com/dticker.html

At a glance the "title" portion of each item is probably just part of the item itself, formatted to look different. In that sense you could try using DHTML ticker script (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex2/generaltick.htm) and formatting each item to look similar.

I'd like to implement this somehow but I'm not quite sure how, can someone whip up a working example for me or know of another script that I can use to achieve the same effect?
