First boil some water. Then you're going to need the seeds of a very rare plant that grows in the Nepalese Himalyas... ;)

There are source files on that page. Did you open them and have a look? If you like how they are set up now, you don't even have to touch flash. Just change out the XML and sample photos and you're all set.
