Remeber content loaded in an iframe?

Hi

I am creating a phpBB3 forum for showing videos (up and running) which I have re-worked a bit to suit the content (divx films). I now have a side menu that loads 2 different film jump urls pages into an iframe. Is there a way or script that can remember the iframe content on reloading the page?

through a customer cookie writer yes, but if the user has cookies and/or javascript disabled, then no.

Can you elaborate on that a bit? Is it a script I can find here?

As far as the disabled bit is concerned they wouldn't be on my site if cookies and javascripts were not active as the site is pretty dependant on them.
