Help with lightbox gone wild

I have a strange problem that I hope you can help me with, i'm probably being a total noob.

This lightbox is called when you use <a href="this.html" class="lbOn">

I however am using a javascript gallery and it doesnt use an <a href=> it uses an onClick="window.location='this.php'"

Is there anyway for me to trigger the lightbox from the onClick command?
