I would like a script either in HTML or a generator that creates a bubbled message of my choice when someone rolls over text. I dont want to create a link for the bubble to show up, just a regular link like the one on "www.quantcast.com/google.com - what's this - on the middle - right hand side of the page.
Or any type of script that allows a bubbled text to pop up when they roll their mouse over the text.
