Script for navigation menu

Hello:

I hope I am in the right forum. Where do I get (what is it called) the exact kind of navigation menu that is on the www.dynamicdrive.com? The green mouse over on the left side of the website?

If you mean the menu links on the left column of the frontpage, that's just a simple vertical list menu. You can probably find something similar here: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/style/csslibrary/category/C2/

Thank you for your reply. I found what I was looking for. However, quick question. The script has 2 sections. CSS and HTML. Do I put both in the HEAD or one goes in the BODY section of the coding?

Also, I forgot to ask, how do I put the navigation bar (any of them from the link you suggested) into a table so I can make the height any size I want?
