Is it possible to create a schedule to have certain videos play at certain times of the day? What media player could I use/file types? Thanks,

You could use javascript/ajax to write the URL to a video player embeded in the page, such as flash or WMP. Not quite the same as the live feed I think your asking for (It would always start a show from the beginning), but it would have a similar effect.
