open two frame together

Hi hi... i am new in html, anyone can help mi.....
ok here is the problem i have...
i have two frame in my webpage,
the left side frame which contain different type of category menu which i will lick from the right side and the right frame is the display and menu,
problem with mi now is i cant link the left side and right side frame to change together when i click on the right side menu.

anyone can help... thanks alot..

well, not quite sure what your problem is exactly, but you can name the frames by adding a name="right" then when you have a link, you put <a href="url" target="right">whatever</a>
