some flash help?

well, i started flash about 3 hours ago, so i dont know much but flash shouldnt be too hard, i want to make a website like this:

im trying to get that text at the top, were you mouse goes over it and it lights up in pink.

i have no idea how to do this.

also if you click "web", and click an image, this galery type thing pops up, ive seen this type of flash gallery on many different websites, so can anyone help me out with the flash text at the top?

also, how hard/long would it take to make a website like www.diografic.com

What? What's the point with the gallery?
If you're asking how to do that...it's Lightbox (http://www.huddletogether.com/projects/lightbox2/). Slimbox (http://www.digitalia.be/software/slimbox)is a lightweight version.

For a beginner, probably a month or so, if you're spending a good about of time on it. It you want to to do a good job that is. If you want to do the half ass version...maybe a couple weeks.

If you know what you're doing (i.e. a professional), maybe 3-4 working days for coding. This is assuming that graphics, design, etc... is already done. The key is to have a good organization.

well i already know Photoshop and illustrator like the back of my hand, and CSS and html, some php, so it shouldn't be hard, just i was talking to some pro flash designers that own those two sites and they said they each design sites at that level for around $800-2000 euros depending on what's required, plus flash isnt hard, since im only 15 i figure it would be a goo start you know, so thats why.

Yeah, I'd say around $1,500 (1000 Euros) would be about average. At least, that around where I would charge, depending on features.
