Need some help please. the first to start is hard i tried to enter the code and is not working.it's like sometimes working and sometimes not working.

well here is a VERY basic site. if you are an extreme beginner you can sopy and paste this. also if tehre is a ***aroud something that means you can chose between the choices, or you need to put your own thing in***

well here is a VERY basic site.Your knowledge of HTML seems to be a few years out-of-date. I think you need to come up to speed with style sheets and the strict (rather than deprecated) usage of HTML, especially if you want to give others authoring advice.
