Creating Blog Pages

Good day all,

I am looking for a script that can create a blog page that will allow usesr to comment on existing topics and even post new thread. Something similar to our forum page here I am using to display my request.

You can download many free php scripts to do that, like this (http://sourceforge.net/projects/sphpblog/) one. (I haven't looked too much at it, but it may be what you want.)
Just google (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&aq=t&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1T4ADBF_enUS244US245&q=php+blog+script) it.

BTW: I believe this site uses vBulletin (http://www.vbulletin.com/).
