drop down menu - cannot access last item on menu

I have a drop down menu with 6 items. Each item has a link to a html file. I can scroll down up to the fifith item then I cannot scroll to the last item because the drop down menu goes away. What's the problem? Anyone....

Thanks for responding, simonf. I cannot give you the link because it's a intranet site not accessible to the public. I took care of my problem by adding another item with the same link just above the last item in the menu. Still can't get the last link but it's ok.
