Where to download php_curl.dll

I could not find out where to download the php_curl.dll. Can anyone please tell me where can i get this?

Thanks for your reply but i have already gone through the link and downloaded the libcurl-7.17.1-win32-ssl-sspi zip file. when i unzipped it i could not find any dll file. Please help me how to enable my curl for my PHP.
