Cross Browser marquee FF1+ IE5+ Opr7+

I have used this scroller across the top of a web site but the text is aligned to the top of the bar. Is it possible to centre the text as the bar is approx three times the text height? I would like to keep to the bar height I have chosen for design reasons.
