Describe problem:
I have been testing this menu for a web site and it works great on my Mac, the problem is when I try it on a PC running IE7, the menu gets a flicker from the open sub menu down, when closing.

As a side note, the menu does not flicker on the DD page.
The menu is in a CSS Left Frame Layout, if this helps.
