DHTML Iframe, controls under pop up appearing through window?

Hi,
I have a DHTML window (great code thanks) and it is popping up over a form.
My issue is that the SELECTs under the iframe are appearing through the iframe?
I have attached a Screen Shot as I can't show you a URL.
Any ideas how to make this stop happening?

This has been discussed many times on the forums already actually. There are temporary solutions put together by a few members, so you may want to do a search. The issue should only affect IE6 and below though.
