Interstitial Content Box (v1.1) on click instead of onl page load?

3) Describe problem: Really like this script and am looking to use it to display terms and conditions of the site i am designing, howvere I would like it to appear when i click on the link for terms and conditions rather than when the page loads, is this possible?
