Why isn't there a C# area?

Mostly because questions/discussions about C# doesn't come up very often. That is why; in the event that someone has a question about a language which has no board to post in, there is the "Other (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=12)" board.

This board is also focused on web design. C# has very little to do with web design, and other desktop programming languages aren't featured either. Java is the exception, but that area includes JSP and Java applets as well. Plus, we got a number of questions about Java before adding that. There's no reason C# couldn't be added, except for lack of activity (and that activity probably won't happen because of the focus of the board).
But feel free to ask a question about it as you want to, in the other section like thetestingsite said.
