No...

You could either use a .wmv to .flv converter or, if you're using the Flash IDE, import the video into Flash and it'll convert it to .flv for you.

Ahh thanks. What is the best converter out there and where can I get this Flash IDE? I have Flash 8, does that help?

That's what I meant by the Flash IDE.

In flash 8 go to File >> Import >> Import Video
Flash will walk you through it, allowing you to choose the proper encoding etc...

It'll produce a .flv at the end. You don't need to concern yourself with the interface options (unless you want to use them). But you probably want to use these with the JW player, if I recall correctly.
