HI there,
Does anyone know where I can find a script for this? I am not sure how to get this set up, as I would like to have guest data, which would allow them to input their name or last name, and reply to a few of my questions. I would then receive the response by email.
I tried to find a site that provides this service, so that I can link to them, but they are all paid.
Any idea where I may find this kind of script?
