width problem

Hello, I am working on this page http://www.athletes4excellence.com/indexxxx.php . My problem is that the width of the header is 100%, and when I make the browser smaller in width, the ads go to a different line ( under my logo and behind my menu). Can anyone please tell me how I can get the page to be 100% while the page is made smaller the content still stay in the same spot? Please and thank you!:)
