Hello, i am designing a website for a friend and do not know much about the subject and unfortunately dont have time to learn so i have been relying on dynamic drive and such heavily.
One one page i have a list of about 20 links to other pages which is really really time consuming when i need to add to the list. I found a great solution (http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex4/imagetooltip.htm) and have done all the necessary steps, however when i mouseover the links... nothing at all happens.
Could anyone suggest any common reasons?
