Extended Javascript Cascading Form Values

Below is an example of how to cascade form values from one row to another. Previously I showed how to apply JavaScript cascades to check boxes, in this example we add the same functionality to drop downs and to text boxes.

I must be missing something. The buttons at the bottom cause an error and:


Click on one of the table headers to wipe the form clean

Appears to do nothing other than to navigate to a fresh copy of the page.

Changing values in the form only seems to do what it would with a normal non-javascript enhanced form.
