I have a client that would like to convert their powerpoint to a flash so it plays like a video when they view it. The catch is they want simple navigation, fast forward, rewind, play, pause, and a full screen option. Anyone know a good program for this? I've never used flash before so I'm at a loss.

Well, if you want it good it will cost (about 1500 bucks), if you want it cheap you can do it for free.
The free-way isn't always best, but it is getting better all the time. About the best way is to use a screen capture program (wink is good) and capture your slide show and import it into Flash that way.
Another option is to make a Flash player yourself (or hire someone to do it) and use the clips from the ppt directly in flash.
If you want more research, the best bet is conversion. ppt into FLV is what you would want to search for. :D
