Random external .jpg layer

I'd like to create a header that loads a random external .jpg as a background.

Help with the ActionScript?

And you need this in Flash? The reason I ask is i can be done smoother and/or better in PHP and/or JavaScript.

Unless you already have something in Flash and just want to amend it.

actually I found what I needed elsewhere. (I wanted to keep the animation of the text, logos, but have a different background image load each time in the header)

It looks pretty good and it wasn't too bad. I don't use AS enough to keep it in my head!
