Loading image flash.

I have a flash video that seems to take a long time to show and i need to display a loading image while the user waits.

This can be done with the flash itself, since with JavaScript it would be unreliable as it would (for the most part) have to be a static time, and that won't work, as for dial-up users it may end to early, and for DSL/Cable users it will end way to late. I suggest you ask the flash gurus. Blizzard can probably help you.

There are some amazing video tutorials at gotoandlearn.com. I suggest you take a look at those. There are a set of 8 that lets you set up a custom video player from start to finish, with buffering, controls, scrubbing and the rest.
